Terms and Conditions of your stay at Abbey’s Place

Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. One month prior to the commencement of booking the remaining 50% is payable. A $200 bond is held against your credit card for the duration of your stay and fully refunded upon departure provided there is no missing property or unwarranted damage.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation policy is applicable to whole or part cancellation of bookings.

A booking cancelled 6 months or more before commencement of booking: Administration fee $50.00 applies.

A booking cancelled 3 months or more before commencement: fee retained is 10% of the total rental cancelled, unless a replacement booking is found, plus the administration fee.

A booking cancelled 1 month or more before commencement: fee retained is 50% of the total rental cancelled, unless a replacement booking is found, plus the administration fee.

A booking cancelled less than 1 month before commencement: fee retained will be all the total rent paid. If a replacement booking is found only the administration fee will be retained.

If unforeseen circumstances require owners to cancel the booking then a full refund will be provided.
